It was the most wonderful place, a very special place, very calm, it felt very personal and exclusive The rooms were much more than just a room, having your own front door straight into the garden and pool area, they were incredibly clean and the bathroom is such a treat, it really connects you to the nature all around, absolutely fantastic and super clean also, great shower, very comfy large bed. The staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and the food is fabulous, as in the rest of Sri Lanka and indeed anywhere, the local Sri lankan dishes were definitely the best and I would suggest people choose these, taste and presentation was superb. We would definitely love to come back

With mountain views, Ali Adi Eco Resort is situated in Sigiriya and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. This was a really lovely place to stay. The host and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they truly made us feel at home. The location is something very special — right in the middle of the jungle. One of the most unforgettable moments was seeing a whole family of elephants walking right past the garden, so close to us. It felt completely unreal. Staying in the tree house was an experience of its own. Falling asleep surrounded by jungle sounds and waking up immersed in nature made this place truly unique.

The owner was incredibly helpful and advised us well on how make the most of our time in beautiful Sigiriya. He happily drove us wherever we needed to go in his tuk tuk which is a real advantage. While there are some parts of the hotel still being built, the rooms are very clean, cozy, and tastefully furnished. The location is within 200 meters walking distance to several restaurants, etc. and the Lion Rock park is only ~5 minutes away
