Great service. I loved my room with roof terrace and my own hammock to enjoy the jungle sounds. Really really really amazing.

Set 12 km from Palenque Ruins, Winíka Alterra offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Pool was excellent. Nice size and appreciated the natural filtration system they created to keep the water clean. We stayed for 3 nights and they offered different breakfast options each day. Very tasty food. They also grow some of their own food (eggs, ducks), or alternatively get their supplies from the local community. Excellent family run eco-lodge in a wonderful location close to attractions and in a natural, quiet setting. It was perfect for us.

With garden views, Las Guacamayas Lodge, Selva Lacandona, Chiapas México is set in Tlatizapán and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, terrace and children's playground. The rooms/cabins are very nice and located in a beautiful tropical garden at the riverside. From the restaurant you have a nice view on the Montes Azules on the other side of the river. We had quite some different “visitors” during our 3 nights stay: spider monkeys, howler monkeys, macaws, toucan, hummingbirds etc. Also the boat tour through Montes Azules is very spectacular. Highly recommended!

With mountain views, Finca Vallescondido is set in El Caobano and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, terrace and children's playground. The family running the hotel is very friendly. Nice location in between Palenque and Yaxchilan temples. Very good food for dinner. A small river runs through the property (nice sounds which you can hear from the room).

Located in the Lacandon jungle setting in Palenque, this resort is a 5 minute drive to the Archeological Zone of Palenque. A 60 km drive from Cascadas Agua Azul Natural Park. Amazing resort. Rooms are incredible and spotless. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Restaurant is delicious. Swimming pool and the overall grounds are breathtaking. Highly recommend.
