The facilities are top-notch, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and adventurous stay in the Arctic wilderness. The snow gear provided was of excellent quality, keeping us warm and allowing us to fully enjoy the stunning surroundings. The sauna was a cozy haven, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of our trip was witnessing the Northern Lights for two consecutive nights—a breathtaking display we’ll never forget. Adding to the magic, we spotted two wild moose during our stay, a surreal moment that truly connected us to the untamed beauty of the area. A special thanks to Thomas, the owner, whose kindness and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable. He helped us find exciting activities and ensured we felt welcome every step of the way. The setting of the campsite is beyond words—raw, wild, and incredibly beautiful. For anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature and experience the wonders of the Arctic, this is the place to be. We wholeheartedly recommend this camping experience to anyone seeking adventure, relaxation, and a chance to witness some of the most spectacular sights on Earth. Don’t miss it!

Dengan pemandangan gunung, Aurora Distillery Cabins terletak di Lyngseidet dan mempunyai WiFi percuma. Everything is clean and very beautiful, nothing lacking in the cabin. Don’t want to leave! Saw auroras multiple nights right from the cabin, saw dolphins swimming by, saw an eagle fly by twice. Town is very convenient and close enough. Distillery is beautiful - definitely have the whisky sour! - and the people are very helpful and friendly. I’d love to come back.

Koppangen Brygger is a 20-minutes' drive from the Lyngseidet town centre. Located in a quiet seaside fishing village, you can enjoy impressive views of the fjords and the Northern Lights if lucky. Wonderful location right by the fjord! Mr. Alf was really helpful and had some good advice on where to go skitouring despite the weather (we were a bit unlucky as it just didn't stop snowing). The room was very clean and we loved relaxing in the common/living room with a beautiful view - highly recommend this place!

It was a combination of my favorite parts of hotels and hostels - lovely, private room with a view, with shared common areas and a kitchen to cook in. They had rental gear for outdoor activities as well!
