A Magical Stay Under the Northern Lights Our stay at this incredible camping site in Norway was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and hardworking staff who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unforgettable. The facilities are top-notch, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and adventurous stay in the Arctic wilderness. The snow gear provided was of excellent quality, keeping us warm and allowing us to fully enjoy the stunning surroundings. The sauna was a cozy haven, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of our trip was witnessing the Northern Lights for two consecutive nights—a breathtaking display we’ll never forget. Adding to the magic, we spotted two wild moose during our stay, a surreal moment that truly connected us to the untamed beauty of the area. A special thanks to Thomas, the owner, whose kindness and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable. He helped us find exciting activities and ensured we felt welcome every step of the way. The setting of the campsite is beyond words—raw, wild, and incredibly beautiful. For anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature and experience the wonders of the Arctic, this is the place to be. We wholeheartedly recommend this camping experience to anyone seeking adventure, relaxation, and a chance to witness some of the most spectacular sights on Earth. Don’t miss it!

The whole vibe of the place is so soothing, the cabin is cozy with a comfy bed and living room .The kitchen was small but well equipped.They even placed a small water can in the kitchen which was sufficient for one night. The shower and washroom was outside which was not a problem as the place is beautiful and you always want to remain outside for no reason ❣️

The cabin was in a lovely location next to the charming little town Storslett. The cabin is quite big and cozy. It was amazing to be so close to the river and enjoy barbecuing and sauna with a great view on the river and mountains.

Alf and the chef made the stay in Koppangen really nice. Both are so helpfull, even when we left we had questions to charge our car. Always willing to take the phone no matter what. He recommended to hike up to the Skihytta and it was wonderfull, beautifull view over the Lyngenfjord. Besides those nice guys, we saw the northern light each night! I would recommend this place and the food as well. The room was also nice and very clean. Hope to come back a next time.

It was a combination of my favorite parts of hotels and hostels - lovely, private room with a view, with shared common areas and a kitchen to cook in. They had rental gear for outdoor activities as well!
