The host and cabin were wonderful.

Situated in Mondim de Basto in the Norte Region region, Refúgio das Poldras features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The interior was stylish and clean, and our kids were thrilled with the beds on the second floor, which felt like a secret hideout. The two beds were spacious and fluffy, and we slept very comfortably. The jacuzzi on the terrace was spacious enough for our family of three, and we enjoyed relaxing in it every night and morning. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and responded promptly to all of our detailed questions before our stay. The breakfast served in a cute basket was plentiful and everything was delicious. We were impressed from the very beginning, and wished we could have stayed longer! We stayed at accommodations in many places on this trip, but everyone in the family said this was the best.

I stayed here on March 17th, 2025. This was the best hotel in Portugal. It had amazing views, a great staff and great amenities. I will stay here frequently.
