Featuring lake views, Arctic Gourmet Cabin in Kiruna features accommodation, free bikes, a garden, a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. The host, Johan, was really nice and hospitable and the location itself was lovely as it was remote and allowed us to gaze up at the aurora without light pollution getting in the way. Unfortunately I believe those were the only two reasons I was not entirely disappointed with my choice.

This hotel is in Abisko, just 2 minutes’ walk from Abisko Östra Train Station. Abisko Mountain Lodge’s in-house restaurant Brasserie Fjällköket has a seasonal menu based on locally sourced... Cozy oasis. Activities next door. Walk to open areas and train. Lounge/bar with fire. Nice meals.

Reindeer Lodge features a sauna and free private parking, and is within 23 km of Kiruna Train Station and 20 km of Kiruna Bus Station. Everything! One of the best place I stayed! Super comfortable, nice and friendly staff, beautiful location with the reindeers around, even more beautiful with the snow! Jacuzzi and Sauna was a plus! I highly recommend this amazing place

Surrounded by forest, Aurora Camp Kurravaara is right by the Torne River, 13 km from Kiruna Airport. Facilities include a sauna and a furnished terrace. Aurora Camp is such an authentic place, one of a kind. There were many activities to choose from, but our focus was the chance of seeing the Northern Lights. That's why we chose the Panorama Cabin and we were lucky enough to experience the lights two night in a row from the conform and warmth of our bed.

Arctic Island - Remote island, reachable only by boat or snowmobile offers a sauna and free private parking, and is within 18 km of Kiruna Train Station and 15 km of Kiruna Bus Station. Location is perfect for watching aurora
