walking distance to the Bund and Nanjing pedestrian walk. Free laundry service Breakfast buffet are good. The staff are friendly. They have english translator to help with communication. Thanks to Alipay translator built in function I can easily boook Didi travel and other services easily.

Nice hotel when you have long overnight transfer! I liked breakfast, it was from 6 am. And free shuttle bus service is also very good. Room was very spacious too

Great hotel service was lovely only issue is waiting over 1 hour for the shuttle bus, no taxi would take us as it is too near other than that it was a great stop off for my 16 hour transit between flights.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and i love the robot that delivered from the food delivery.

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for long-term stays. I loved how I was on one of the highest floors, so I had an amazing view. For the first two days of my stay, the lovely staff even temporarily let me stay in an upgraded room, free of charge. Every day, I could remotely 办事 from my laptop and had 外卖 from Meituan delivered to my door, so the whole experience was incredibly convenient. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, and I loved the superb convenience provided by how the washer and dryer are inside the room as well. Also, I love the yellow soft throw that I was able to place over the sofa. It’s so soft and comfortable because it’s knitted. The hotel staff (shout-out to the lady who checked me in as she was incredibly competent and understanding, and I presume she is a manager) were all so lovely and kind. I readily communicated with them over WeChat, and they were attentive to resolve any occasional hiccups I ran into. For instance, the toilet's water was running nonstop two times as the building seems to be on the older side. Regardless, every time I asked for help, I received it almost immediately. Any (minor) maintenance fixture was always resolved within minutes. I felt at home, and this accommodation was a major reason behind why this trip has been one of my favorite experiences.

The apartment was exactly as pictured - very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. Check in was smooth and all instructions are very easy to follow. Best of all, the manager Li is beyond awesome. We left our sunglasses and he carefully packed them and had them delivered to our hotel in Hangzhou the next day for free, he even called our hotel to make sure we got them. Very happy with our stay and their excellent service.

I loved the details like they have a small useful tools like a shaving cream,and,hairdryer,scale,drinks,shower caps.Its so useful and i think they are so much caring about our needs.We love it!

This was our favorite hotel during our trip to Shanghai. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The location is outstanding, situated in the heart of Shanghai near the intersection of Xizang Middle Road and Nanjing East Road, within walking distance of People’s Square, Nanjing Road, and The Bund, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the famous Oriental Pearl Tower and Shanghai’s skyline. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day to a very high standard. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Shanghai, with an excellent selection of European and international dishes. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. A special advantage is that the reception staff speak English, which is quite rare in Shanghai and made everything much easier. Whenever possible, the hotel was happy to provide early check-in and late check-out, which we really appreciated. We would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Eamon at the reception for his outstanding assistance during both check-in and check-out. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. Another big thank you to the hotel staff for allowing us to store our luggage for several days while we traveled to other parts of China before returning to stay at the hotel again. This made our trip much easier, as we didn’t have to carry all our luggage with us. The security deposit paid at check-in was refunded without any issues. If you pay via Alipay, just be aware that the refund may take 2–3 days to appear. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai.

The location was absolutely the best! It chose everything-the shops, the subway stations, plenty of great restaurants and good attractions. Our room was nice and quiet. The hotel staff were so nice and friendly. I love the free laundry room, the complimentary night time snacks. The hotel lobby was beautiful and great to hang out. I love the fact that you could borrow books from there too. I also love the tea from the hotel room. I'll definitely return.

It’s still the best in Shanghai. The breakfast buffet is outstanding.

I requested for late check out and Mr. Daniel helped me for that. He extended the time as per my request and that is so generous from him. Also all other things like location, service, and amenities, etc were top notch.

I used to live in Shanghai, and this is by far the best location to have access to all my favorite spots in Shanghai ! In addition, staff is super friendly, rooms and bed are super comfy, and overall very satisfied! Will definitely come here again!

Not the first time staying at this hotel and also in Shanghai. It is one of the rare hotels where I want to return. Rooms, views from it, food and caring staff makes You feel at home. Greetings to LiLy, Diana and Quain G - You always find a way to surprise me!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a cool Chinese hotel with a great vibe and a really nice atmosphere. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent as well, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The free laundry facilities with washers and dryers were a huge plus, especially during our long trip. Breakfast was also great, with a nice mix of European and Chinese food. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this place!
