Amazing location and the staff were absolutely excellent, from the front desk to the cafe to the bar to the housekeepers, everyone was pleasant, kind, and went out of their way for us. Perfectly located to access trains, trams, and busses, yet still quiet in the evenings. Very modern and well-appointed. Perfectly spotless.

This is a huge and serious hotel. My room qualified under "small", but it wasn't too small at all. I could actually fit my yoga mat to do my morning yoga, and there was a decent desk too. Although the hotel has many guests, the room was exceptionally quiet. I enjoyed a really great view from my window. The location is really perfect, you are in the midst of Alexanderplatz, so any location that you might need is easily reachable. Also, you can adjust the heating so there is no way that you would be cold inside (it was snowing during the time of my stay, and I even had to keep the heating to its mid capacity). In the lobby you have a little store in case you need anything, also a lot of restaurants and fast food options literally just outside of the hotel. Also, you can store the luggage after check out with the help of very professional staff.

The rooms were really nice and clean. We also didn't hear any other guests while we were staying in our rooms. The hotel also offers a great welness area (sauna, jacuzzi), which we really enjoyed. In the lobby you can buy some snacks and drinks at reasonable prices (self check-out). Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!

I really enjoyed the staying here but i have small advice about the workers. I could be so nice if could be proffessional young persons who will be in receptionist place. I have seen the oldest yesterday there quarrels with customers. It can be normal but isn't also normal. They way they have answering the customers. Thanks

As a vegan, I thought the breakfast was amazing (hummus, baba ganoush, hot legumes and vegetables, salads, fruits, breads, vegetable milk... everything I could ask for. But worry not if you're not vegan: it should be even better for you :) . The spa was really nice. The location is perfect for those who arrive by train. The room and bathroom are compact but quite nice.

The hotel was calm and quiet. The staff on the reception was very responsive. Bearing in mind how huge Berlin is, the location is very good and communicative, despite the fact that we caught a strike of public transportation.

If you're visiting Berlin for a short stay and want a well-priced, centrally located spot, this is a great choice. Most main attractions are within walking distance—just 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz, where you’ll find everything you need. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a couple, perfect for a place to rest after a day out. The staff was very friendly, and we were even allowed to check in early. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
