Lovely hotel in a great location 👍 ( Main Street ) Very cosy wee room and extremely comfortable bed🤗 All the staff were very friendly and helpful 😊 Beautiful breakfast 👌 and very little noise at night 👍 Great sleep 😴 Only thing for myself was the size of bed 🙂 It was a double but very small if you are over 6ft 😊 But as for everything else, it was all 100%....10/10....
I shall not be using Booking.com any more as they described this as a “fabulous four star hotel” It is at best a three star hotel. This is not a criticism of the Abbey Lodge but of booking.com. We were looking for a four star hotel but ended up in this bed and breakfast due to the mis direction of booking.com
From the staff to the facilities. Everything in this hotel is exceptional. Sarah on reception was extremely helpful and had such a welcoming demeanour. The gentleman who was driving the shuttle bus to the airport at 4am was also extremely helpful! He had us all laughing, so early in the morning. Also, the accommodation team deserve a big thank you! The rooms are exceptionally clean and so comfortable. It’s always our best night sleep when we stay here. We could not fault a single thing in this hotel. Thank you!
The mountain view apartment is perfect for anyone driving around the area. We were extremely happy with how clean the place was, much better than any hotel or Airbnb we’ve ever had. The hosts were super kind and everything went smoothly. The accommodation has everything you need. Would highly recommend
The Fleet Inn is very comfortable and clean. Central in location wise & has restaurant or bar place to eat downstairs. The staff is very friendly and helpful everywhere (restaurant or bar staff). The only drawback was I didn't sleep due to the high level of noise from the nightclub across the road and the bar a bit loud downstairs. I probably wouldn't stay here again because of that. excellent standard of accommodation though. 85 Euro but the hotel next door was 60 Euro so maybe better value in other places.
We managed to book our apartment last minute due to a different accommodation host letting us down. Staff at the hotel were very accommodating - we had an issue with our shower on the last day and staff were very quick to try to sort the issue and accommodate our needs. Apartment itself was very clean, ideal location to the centre. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Galway!
It was clean and cozy. Felt like a mini home, was more like an apartment than a hotel. I’d really recommend for student accommodation, it has everything that is needed for living.
