The bathroom taps were unbelievably tight. I am a relatively strong man in my early 40`s and it was so difficult to adjust the water temperature. I think everything is a decent size and the room just feels a little old. It needs work dont it to update. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Excellent value for money. Rooms are clean and there is an onsen in the hotel. Tons of amenities are provided including pillows. Also free unlimited coffee. Breakfast in the morning is a great selection. Location is perfect being right next to the JR station.

It was nice to be able to check in early and stay until noon the next day through Booking.com. The (non-alcoholic) drink bar offered many hot and cold choices. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful responded to our request very quickly. The large soundproof room was made us feel at home. It was an added treat to have such a huge TV screen. The jacuzzi with a large variety of free bath salts and bubble bath was a wonderful luxury.
