Luxury Hotels in Mannheim

Everything was perfect, staff at the meet greet counter where top quality women always there to help even the nite shift went beyond to help us.

In the current pandemic it would be very unfair to criticize any hotel on its state, since maintenance and repairs are necessarily retarded. I will hence only comment on the building. The staff were excellent. All restaurants, spa and gym were closed due to the virus. The building is an outstanding piece of Judendstil in Mannheim's most famous square, the Wasserturmplatz. It is decorated inside in similar fashion.

It was very nice stay. I was not expected like that. The suit is very wide and luxurious. The receptionists were very helpful.

Booked it on same day , Hotel is at excellent location , Room was standard double but really spacious and air con was spot on. Breakfast had a good choice of various goodies . had to order hot food from kitchen. Sausages was a salty. Only problem was the Bloody Covid-19 long wait for check in and to get breakfast but Stay was superb Thanks

The room was nice, bed was big for two persons, bathroom was luxurious with nice features like hairdryer and selfdrying mirror.

I've been staying at this place a few times. I'm always going back to this hotel because of the great location, value for money rooms and superb breakfast! This is not a hotel for business travelers who need a desk to work on. If all you need is a very nice and adequately priced place to stay, this place is just right!

Excellent location and value for money. Living on the outskirts of mannheim I would pay the same to travel in and out after a local event than I would stay in this luxury place that couldn't be located more central. Cleanliness and comfort of room second to none

The hotel is located in one of the best spots of Mannheim. Right opposite the Wasserturm and super close to the main shopping street. It is also a 5 minute walking distance from the central train station. The hotel has a very beautiful and elegant lobby. It looks very luxurious when you are entering it. The staff is very nice and pleasant. Value for money hotel especially if you are just passing by from Mannheim. The room is an average one, quite modern, but I was unlucky and faced some issues.
