Overall. The staff were very nice and accommodating The area is also close to the tram going to the central station. Buffet was also great. Hotel was clean and has the necessities included. Our stay was really great.

When we arrived in Munich by train, it was raining. We were lucky that the hotel is located right across the street from the station. The check-in process was quick, and the girl at the reception was very attentive and even helped us to choose a good authentic restaurant in the city. When we entered the room, we were greeted with a nice compliment from hotel, my favorite dessert macarons (I don't know how they guessed, but they hit the bullseye. I love chocolate and pistachio macarons specifically😄) and a personalized note with good wishes. Attention to these details always pleases. Everything is clean and comfortable. The staff is very attentive. The hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions in the Old Town. There are decent restaurants nearby. I will definitely come back here and recommend it to everyone.
