Aimee and Courtney our waitress was outstanding nothing was to much trouble for them.at dinner time so good to see younger staff so polite and efficient in there roles .but all staff are exceptional threw out hotel .spa was fantastic rachel my therapist was best massage I had at a spa .she was very grateful and cheerful helpful ..outstanding stay looking forward to our return in future .

They gave the warmest of welcomes and were willing to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The accommodation itself was outstanding. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the food in maxwells grill was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and pool each time we went. The bedroom was very comfortable and homely, with all the essentials there. The walking trails and lake surrounding the estate provided such an escape and sense of relaxation. Will be back again :)
