Breakfast was good . Meals are delicious as cooked fresh after confirming the order. It was a pleasure to be with the owner of the property Mr. Parimal Sharma Ji . We really had a nice evening best Darjeeling tea and informative discussions with Parimal Ji on various subjects especially Darjeeling Tea.

Breakfast was wonderful with Service at the table. Missed the Bacon with the eggs; but the standard of the coffee made amends. The Service was just unparalleled with some being better than the others and they all had the old world charm of being happy to feed/serve you. Basudeb, Anjali, Abhijit, Jonas were the outstanding service staff. Sushanta Ghosh, the manager runs a tight ship and realising it's a small boutique hotel extends an individual warmth and attention.

The owner and his staff have gone out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They provided me with a heater, since it was cold and the room I stayed in has no built in heater, I was allowed to use their washing machine, the owner gave me transportation and travel tips and offered rides to downtown Darjeeling to spare my budget, his staff accommodated my vulnerable stomach with regards to food and repeatedly checked on my wellbeing. Can only commend the team for their kindness, welcoming attitude and generosity! Warm water and sufficient water pressure was always available.
