The hotel is situated outside of the center in a very nice and quite residential area, ideally if you want a relaxing ‘home’ while having the opportunity to visit Punta del Este. The hotel is in a very good condition with a beautiful room (we had the room with patio and whirlpool inside), where everything was nice and clean. The staff were trielt amazing helping us out whenever needed. The outdoor area is especially cosy for sunbathing, relaxing in the pool, sitting outside in the evening and enjoying drinks. The breakfast was really good with a great selection! as a gay couple we felt safe, welcomed and appreciated like everyone else

Facilities are great. The host is easy to connect with and very kind. Even though we had trouble with the unique (to us) payment technique the host was accessible and helped coach us through the process. Front desk staff of the building is also very kind and helpful. Lovely view from the 12th floor.
