The breakfast is always good, the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. It is a short walk to the town square and tourist spots (Cathedral etc). There are plenty of restaurants within a short walk of the hotel.

Everything was excellent From the check in to checking out everything was excellent. In the frontdesk Yanni greeted us and gave us all the needed information to have a few great days in Salta. Breakfast was simple but enough. Swimming pool was cozy. Room clean and spacious. The bathroom was modern and functional.

Situated in Cafayate, El Porvenir Wine Lodge offers 5-star accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a restaurant. We stayed in a lodge which was amazing with views across the vines to the mountains beyond. The hotel location is perfect. It is right in the midst of the vineyard but only a short walk (10 minutes) to the main square of Cafayate. Breakfast was lovely and served outside the main building. The pool was great. There was a burrowing owl who had made its home right between the pool and the vines! I recommend both the wine tour, tasting and restaurant at Nanni. Tasting at El Esteco and El Transito was also great.

Offering inner courtyard views, Luxury Appart is an accommodation set in Salta, 800 metres from El Tren a las Nubes and 1.8 km from El Palacio Galerias Shopping Mall. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and bright with a very well equipped kitchen and super clean. There was secure parking for our motorcycle and a great panaderia and Dia supermarket close by. Communication was prompt and the arrival and departure process easy.

Exceptional stay a short walk from the centre. The hotel faces into the city's main park and the lake which has a tourist market and the gondola up the mountain. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, with nice finishings, and lots of amenities including robes. The room was quiet and the wifi was good. The standout was BREAKFAST! maybe the best Continental breakfast selection I've ever had. Scrambled eggs made to order, lots of local and house made sweets, and generally tons of choice. Top notch!

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool with great panoramic views, Altalaluna is an upscale colonial-style mansion with a spa and free Wi-Fi access. Gourmet dishes can be enjoyed at the restaurant. This is the best hotel we have been to in Argentina, the place is just wonderful and the employees are very nice! The location is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards, the hotel's architecture is stunning (it looks like a Spanish "masia" or a countryside house in Italy's Tuscany). When we arrived they gave us a room in the first floor and asked for a room in the floor above to have better views, they did all they could to change our room free of charge. They also offered a free wine-tasting, so we had the chance to try all of their wines with some cheese platters (white, red, rose, from the cheaper end to the very expensive end) with a professional sommelier. The hotel offers some activities (we did a horseback-riding excursion). In the evening the garden and the terrace are full of people enjoying some nice wine, the atmosphere is really magical. A lot of people ignore the area of Cafayate (and head to Mendoza instead), that is a big mistake, not only do I think that Cafayate wine is nicer but the area is beautiful. I strongly recommend staying here!

Legado Mitico Salta Hotel Boutique features a blend of traditional and contemporary design, set in a 1930s house in Salta´s historical centre. The house is beautiful and very nicely decorated. Walking distance to main city highlights.
