An excellent night's sleep in a properly dark and soundproofed room. One of the few hotels I've stayed in that didn't see the need to fill the room with flashing LED lights at night - I didn't need my black tape! Fabulous views over the city from ceiling to floor windows. Lovely bathroom, great shower. Comfy bed. 5 minute walk from Rogier metro, 8 minutes from Gare du Nord station. Handy coffee bar in the lobby if you don't want a big breakfast. Good and reasonably priced mexican restaurant on the top floor.

Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. On the first day we were accommodated in the rooms we had reserved, which were fantastics, with a view of the inner garden and very quiet, but which we had to change due to a technical problem. The staff responded in time and changed not only one room but both (since we were with the children to stay close to each other) and even increased the standard of the rooms. The breakfast was plentiful and full of calories to adapt to the low temperatures that were outside. So everything was perfect.
