All of the staff at the hotel were lovely, friendly, and took great care of us with kindness and respect except for one individual, whose attitude unfortunately had a negative impact on my overall experience. However, I am still happy to give a full score of 10, without deducting any points for the one staff member who affected the overall atmosphere of the stay. All staff in Era restaurant are attentive and went beyond our expectations.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with everything I needed. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Check-in was quick and smooth. I would also like to highlight the calm atmosphere and the convenient location, which made both relaxation and getting around the city very easy. Overall, I had an excellent experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the OPO Hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.

We didn't have time to visit the museums, this hotel gave us enough information about the country. Very responsive staff and we were helped both at check-in and check-out. The location is on a quiet street, walking distance to the places we wanted to visit at Parliament Square.
