Everything about this hotel was of an exceptionally high standard. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed with an attention to detail second to none. On arrival we were greeted by the very friendly & helpful staff and the overall atmosphere was warm & inviting, with the aroma of scented candles & soft lighting. The food was excellent too. On checking out we were given complimentary Nusstorte (nut cake) made in-house, which was a nice touch. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, would highly recommend.

I really loved the atmosphere of the hotel — calm, elegant, and surrounded by beautiful nature. The location is stunning, the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff was warm and attentive. It felt like a true place to relax and recharge.

Este hotel de estilo Belle Époque, de gestión familiar desde hace 3 generaciones, está situado en Pontresina y ofrece la zona de spa Aqua Viva de 700 m2 con pileta cubierta, bañera de hidromasaje,... Everything. First, we were greeted each day by the charming hard working proprietor. We managed to dine in every one of the restaurants, each unique and great meals. The spa was a bit odd, the pool nice, the jacuzzi not hot enough (this was similar in other swiss spas). The location was incredible, with buses going to all the hiking/gondola options up and down the valleys. It was peaceful and elegant and we'd like to return and stay awhile.
