Located in the heart of the picturesque village of Sils-Maria in the Engadine, this family-run hotel combines a cosy atmosphere with a high level of comfort and a touch of luxury. We really loved the breakfast and the bedrooms were a really decent size, we really appreciated the little couch nook in our room. The staff were exceptionally helpful with all our needs and we truly enjoyed relaxing in the lounge listening to the live piano being played.

Excellent breakfasts in a chic hall with a great choice of dishes and service. Cleaning twice a day. Nice sweets in the evening, tea, coffee every day in the rooms. Absolute silence and comfort. A small but very nice spa with a jacuzzi and saunas. Musical evenings almost every day. Cross-country ski trails 3 minutes from the hotel. You need to go to the ski slopes by bus (the stop is next to the hotel). A wonderful village with restaurants and a delicious coffee shop. Hiking routes that start right at the hotel. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday and enjoying the beauty of nature!

Everything about this hotel was of an exceptionally high standard. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed with an attention to detail second to none. On arrival we were greeted by the very friendly & helpful staff and the overall atmosphere was warm & inviting, with the aroma of scented candles & soft lighting. The food was excellent too. On checking out we were given complimentary Nusstorte (nut cake) made in-house, which was a nice touch. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, would highly recommend.

De gerência familiar há 3 gerações, este hotel em estilo Belle Époque em Pontresina oferece a área de spa Aqua Viva, com 700 m2, piscina coberta, banheira de hidromassagem, várias saunas, escalda-pés... Everything. First, we were greeted each day by the charming hard working proprietor. We managed to dine in every one of the restaurants, each unique and great meals. The spa was a bit odd, the pool nice, the jacuzzi not hot enough (this was similar in other swiss spas). The location was incredible, with buses going to all the hiking/gondola options up and down the valleys. It was peaceful and elegant and we'd like to return and stay awhile.
