I have stayed in many hotels around the world- but this one takes the cake. The service was incredible, unlike anything we have experienced. The food, the room, the attention to details- all absolutely amazing.

Enjoying a peaceful yet central location in Samnaun-Dorf, Chasa Castello relax & spa offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains from most rooms, the indoor pool and the spa area. Very nice spa area with four saunas , although bio was never on and steam apparently broke during our stay. Great views from the hotel.

The hotel is in a fabulous location, with stunning views and excellent facilities. There are plenty of walking routes and opportunities for cycling or windsurfing or sightseeing. For two nights in the hotel you get a free bus and train pass which also works for the cable cars. The hotel has a wellness centre with a sauna, jacuzzi and steam room, as well as a gym in the newest part of the building. The restaurant is great and breakfast is delicious and offering a great range of local products.

Everything about this hotel was of an exceptionally high standard. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed with an attention to detail second to none. On arrival we were greeted by the very friendly & helpful staff and the overall atmosphere was warm & inviting, with the aroma of scented candles & soft lighting. The food was excellent too. On checking out we were given complimentary Nusstorte (nut cake) made in-house, which was a nice touch. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, would highly recommend.

O Waldhaus Hotel, de 5 estrelas, está situado na tranquila localidade de Sils-Maria, apenas a 10 km da agitada cidade de São Moritz. Location was a little remote but I think that was the whole idea- to be away from it all in the forest.

Beautiful Hotel with very friendly staff and all facilities needed. Single room had very nice, panoramic view and was not as usually just a worse version of a double room. Exceptional kitchen. I felt really good there, will definitely come back!
