We had an unforgettable stay at the Hermitage, and I can honestly say it's one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed. The location right on the shores of Lake Lucerne is perfect – direct access to the lake, breathtaking views of the water and surrounding mountains from almost everywhere, including our room. Waking up to that scenery every morning was pure magic! The facilities are top-notch: modern, stylish rooms (designed with such elegance), a wonderful beach club area, and plenty of relaxing spots to enjoy the lakefront. Everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and luxury. And the staff? Exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive – they made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. If you're looking for a scenic, peaceful retreat with amazing lake views, excellent amenities, great food, and warm service, this hotel is highly recommended. We can't wait to come back!

Functionality very well appointed. We got everything that we needed. 5 min walk to bus stop. Excellent place for a family vacation with small children. 💙

The kitchen has everything you need. We found special equipment for preparing a local dish, and were very glad that we could cook it ourselves. The city of Lucerne impressed us very much, we will definitely return!
