I had the best shower of my life at this hotel. The breakfast in the restaurant is outstanding. The rooms were warm and there were plenty of down comforters and pillows. The rooms were modern and up to date. I call that American comfortable. The hairdryer was outstanding. The hotel is a quarter mile from the train station. I loved that they had a taxi stand operating out of the building. It made it super easy to get a taxi or arrange transportation.

Excellent food, convenient to the gondola, the room is clean and very comfortable, the bathroom is incredible! Even the toilet is amazing!

It was again incredible and the facilities are incredible also to accommodate them and the staff goes out of their way to make the stay memorable. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, jadalnia w stylu jutry marokańskiej, jedno danie do wyboru a'la carte. Dużo darmowych przekąsek w obiekcie typu owoce, orzeszki itd. Hotel miał cudowny basen podgrzewany i niesamowity widok z niego na Matterhorn. Personel był bardzo miły i opiekuńczy. Przewyższył nasze oczekiwania: byli w stanie przygotować wczesne śniadanie, kiedy chcieliśmy wyjść na hike wcześnie rano (przed 7) oraz przygotowali niespodziankę dla mojej dziewczyny, która obchodziła urodziny. Całość pobytu zwieńczyli pamiątkowym zdjęciem polaroidem. Na pewno chętnie wrócimy do tego miejsca.

Best location. Very clean. Charming hotel. Good restaurant on premises. Linnea at reception was helpful. Breakfast staff were friendly.
