I had the best shower of my life at this hotel. The breakfast in the restaurant is outstanding. The rooms were warm and there were plenty of down comforters and pillows. The rooms were modern and up to date. I call that American comfortable. The hairdryer was outstanding. The hotel is a quarter mile from the train station. I loved that they had a taxi stand operating out of the building. It made it super easy to get a taxi or arrange transportation.

The apartment and whole residence were amazing. We felt very cozy. Beautiful view of Matterhorn from the apartment and the pool area. Friendly staff. Fresh and tasty breakfast with a Matterhorn view as well. There was also a shared area with toys for the very little ones, we were happy we could borrow some toys from there. The whole SPA area is modern and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

I want to admit In all our years of traveling, this is one of the few accommodations where everything is suitable, and there isn’t a single thing that irritates me.

The personal approach and service attitude of the staff as well as the location are outstanding and unique. I truly recommend this place.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie, jadalnia w stylu jutry marokańskiej, jedno danie do wyboru a'la carte. Dużo darmowych przekąsek w obiekcie typu owoce, orzeszki itd. Hotel miał cudowny basen podgrzewany i niesamowity widok z niego na Matterhorn. Personel był bardzo miły i opiekuńczy. Przewyższył nasze oczekiwania: byli w stanie przygotować wczesne śniadanie, kiedy chcieliśmy wyjść na hike wcześnie rano (przed 7) oraz przygotowali niespodziankę dla mojej dziewczyny, która obchodziła urodziny. Całość pobytu zwieńczyli pamiątkowym zdjęciem polaroidem. Na pewno chętnie wrócimy do tego miejsca.

The location is right in the middle of the town. Walking distance to ski lift and lots of shops, restaurants around the hotel. It is a nice boutique hotel and a very comfortable stay.
