The manager, Ling Ling, is extremely helpful, friendly and passionate. She went out of her way to help us organize our outings, helped us book train tickets and suggested activities for us. She made our stay extra special. I love it that the hotel is in a historic building and the location is incredible. It is right in the heart of Nanping Pedestrian Street and Flower market. Lots of activities the moment we stepped the hotel. A-star for cleanliness. The staff will brew a nice herbal tea and a bowl of fruits, which is a very nice touch.

Located in the heart of Kunming, Cachet Boutique Kunming Artime features lavish guestrooms with elegant and comfortable interiors. Staff were very helpful and professional. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. Room was spacious and clean with updated facilities. They also provided us afternoon tea. Location was excellent as it was close to restaurants and train stations. I will definitely stay there next time if I go to Kunming again.

Best hospitality provided by the staff - Snowy and another girl(sorry I forgot your name). They booked for us and arranged the best tours for the JDSM and Shagri-la at very last minute. The staff members speak good English and that really helps us a lot. The accommodation provides self-service free laundry as well. The room is clean, spacious and heating system works well. Location is very strategic in the ancient town. Please contact the staff upon your arrival so that she can arrange the porter for your luggages. Thank you so much for your kind assistance and this will be our stay in Lijiang whenever we are here again.
