Even after we had checked out, the team continued to go the extra mile. My daughter had lost her beloved snorkeling gear, and they not only found it but also arranged to deliver it back to us. Moments like these show their genuine care and dedication to guests. We can’t recommend Hotel Oro Manta enough for their warmth, friendliness, and exceptional service. They truly make you feel like part of their family!
