Breakfast was very good, and we received a warm welcome, which is a valuable bonus. There is ample parking space, so we didn't have to worry about our car during the night.

Very friendly, welcoming charming and elegant secure Boutique Hotel with Andean artistic decor from where to discover Andean culture, Quito and organise accessible tours from. All questions answered with care and enthusiasm to share knowledge about Ecuador and Andean Cultures if you are curious. Delicious house restaurant with tradition inspired Andean dishes. Very accommodating and helpful staff, attentive to newcomers security. 5mn walk to subway or bus stop to go around town, and well situated to visit historic center. Cosy outside terrasse with views. Non smoker rooms. Chakana was recommended to me by travellers and I can only strongly further the recommendation. Everything there is so well thought out, for a very affordable price. May it stay that way with the success they deserve.

Everyone was so nice and thoughtful. We had welcoming and interesting conversations with everyone. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The location is central and brilliant. We would stay here again, in a second!

Ilalo Garden Hotel & Restaurant has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Quito. This 4-star hotel offers a bar. Stayed here 3 different times over a 2 week.period. Each time our stay was excellent. The staff in both the attached restaurant and on thevhotel reception made us feel very welcome and at home. For our final stay we arrived just as the restaurant was closing but they still managed to prepare something for our party. Thry even managed to prepare a brrakfast to go for one of our party who was leaving very early the following morning Overall an excellant level of service much better than some of the big hotel chains. Would I stay again, without doubt yes.

The best thing was definitely the breakfast. Just so delicious and with an amazing view over the city. The rooms were also really good and the staff very friendly.
