I honestly enjoyed my stay at Gewan Palace New Alamein even more than Rixos Premium. The hotel feels much newer, more comfortable, and a lot more private. It’s never crowded, so you can truly relax and enjoy your time. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive — way beyond what I expected. Special thanks to the manager Nada, who was super helpful throughout our stay. Plus, the room is just a one-minute walk to the private beach. This place really exceeded my expectations and gave me everything I imagined for a perfect North Coast getaway. The facilities such as the beach, pools and restaurant are very very clean and more than amazing. The staff are very professional and friendly, they would help you in anything you need and the lifeguards are super amazing they keep their eyes on you once you enter the pool/beach in case something happens. I would like to thank the lifeguards Noor and faris as I drowned in the sea and they helped me right away. I highly recommend this place.

Originally, this hotel mainly caters to Italian group customers. My friend and I came here by mistake and became the only Asian faces in it. But what I didn't expect was that everyone was very warm and friendly to me. There was a waiter named “Mina “,who would greet me enthusiastically every time he saw me. In addition, because I had a problem with my car booking, I asked the hotel front desk if they could help me charter a car to the airport. The hotel front desk said that they did not have this service, but later, a staff member named “Peter” (working in a beauty bar) helped me solve the problem, introduced me to the taxi app, and helped me register. Because of him, I successfully called a car to the airport. Afterwards, I wanted to pay him a tip to express my gratitude, but he refused my tip and told me that we are friends and we are all a family. This touched me very much. In addition to the friendly staff, the food here is delicious every day, with many choices, which makes me look forward to dinner every day. In addition, the coast here is the most beautiful in the area, and because it is private, it is very clean and quiet. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth it!
