Such sincere gestures create memories that stay with you long after the trip is over. One of the most memorable moments was the luxurious breakfast on the terrace that Natalia organized for my husband and me. It was simply perfect — beautifully presented, delicious, peaceful, and incredibly atmospheric. Sitting there in the morning light of Nice, enjoying such an elegant breakfast, felt like a scene from a film. Maison des Barons is not just a villa — it is an experience of beauty, style, and genuine luxury. A place with soul, where every detail makes you want to return again.

Everything was beautiful and the food was GREAT. Be aware the location is out in country so once you are there, you will probably be staying there for meals, etc. unless you use their transport. Location was stunning and very relaxing.

PERFECT hidden gem. Quiet, calm, and welcoming. The whole room was comfortable, and the pool was tranquil. Kim was the perfect host. She was so sweet and friendly, made us a basket of breakfast in the morning. We woke up to it on the terrace. Fig compote made from the fig tree on the property was to die for! I’ll miss this dearly. We felt right at home immediately and will definitely be returning to Lone Star house. We also left behind a laptop bag and Kim was more than happy to help us keep it safe for us while we arranged a retrieval.

What’s not to like?!? This place was huge for Europe and perfect for families. The location couldn’t be beat and the staff!! The staff went out over their way to make EVERYTHING easy and comfortable for us. We liked it so much we extended the stay by a night even though we had nonrefundable paris already booked.

The staff were outstanding. We got immediate help with a problematic sink drain, and with a request for an extra blanket. When we checked in we were welcomed with a cappucchino. The staff are helpful with a smile.
