Hotelli oli aivan Vanhan Tbilisin sydämessä ja sieltä oli helppo kulkea minne tahansa. Haluan tähän samaan hotelliin, jos tulen uudestaan! Hotelli oli kaunis niin ulkoa kuin sisältä, kuvat vastasivat todellisuutta. Varsinkin huoneen siisteys ja mukavuudet yllättivät. Kylpytuotteet olivat ihania ja sängyn suuret tyynyt olivat vastustamattoman pehmeät. Vastaanotosta sai ohuempia tyynyjä ja lisäpeittoja pyynnöstä. Henkilökunnalla ei ollut mitään ongelmia, vaikka kirjauduimme keskiyöllä. Henkilökunta oli muutenkin ystävällistä ja joustavaa.
