We greatly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Note we were here at the end of November so our experience may differ a bit for those coming in peak season for things like parking. We had a balcony with sea view room which was spectacular. We were easily able to find nearby parking. Not all restaurants were still open but there was enough variety to have enjoyable meals We took a day trip to Monemvasia which I highly recommend. A few other notes… -Staff is very friendly and helpful. They brought us up to the room to show us how everything works. This was helpful as I may not have found the towel warmer on switch if it hadn’t been shown. -Comfortable beds -Very good breakfast which included eggs made to order. I love starting my day with an omelette. The view is also very nice from the breakfast area. -We booked some time in the private pool. It was a nice relaxing priority

A special mention to Maria at breakfast—she started each morning with a bright smile and genuine hospitality, always going out of her way to accommodate us. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully styled, with a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding landscape. If we return to Mani, there’s no question—we would choose to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque escape in the Peloponnese.

Sempre Viva Suites is a 4 star hotel features fully serviced apartments combining hotel comfort with the privacy of an apartment. The hotel features family rooms. Very clean, good location if you have a car. Nice beach 2 minutes away. Restaurant within walking distance . Very good authentic cuisine.
