From welcoming to leaving, we had amazing time! The host is so generous, always wants to help, she drove us to the beach two times, gave us some sweets and tomatoes from own garden every day! I have never experienced such a pleasant stay before. Highly recommend!

Nastanitev Asha Luxury Suites z enkratno lego v okrožju Fira City Centre (Fira) se nahaja 9,3 km od znamenitosti pristanišče Santorini, 11 km od znamenitosti antično mesto Thera in 13 km od... It was our honeymoon and we are so glad we picked asha suites. The views were spectacular, the hot tub was amazing and the room was so big and spacious. The breakfast was amazing with a big variety, which meant we could choose different things each morning. Asha suites are located in the very centre of fira but once you are in the apartment or on your balcony it is very quiet, you would not realize you were in the middle of the town. The staff were so helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday and so was the outside area including the hot tub. It is a communal terrace with the hot tub and loungers in your own little space but it didn't bother us as we enjoyed meeting all the other people staying next to us. We really didn't want to leave.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hom Santorini, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The hoetl itself is beautifully appointed with stylish, decor that creates a soothing and relaxing ambiance. But what really made my stay special was the incredible staff. From the moment I walked in the mydoor, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk attendant who checked me in was so friendly and helpful, providing maps and recommendations and answering all my questions about the hotel and surrounding area. Throughout my stay, every single staff member I encountered was happy to assist me with anything I needed. The concierge bent over backwards to get me reservations at a very popular local restaurant. The housekeeping staff did an immaculate job cleaning my room and even left sweet goodnight chocolates on my pillow. And the room service was lightning fast and incredibly courteous. I was just so impressed by the effort and care put in by each and every staff member. They truly went above and beyond to anticipate my needs and make sure I had the best possible experience. Their professionalism and attention to detail was unparalleled. But even more so, their kindness and desire to be helpful made me feel so welcomed and valued as a guest. I cannot recommend Hom Santorini highly enough, especially for anyone looking for stellar customer service. The exceptional staff made my stay absolutely exquisite from start to finish. I will definitely be returning to this hotel and I highly recommend it.
