Windows are soundproof so no concern in being in a very central area. Franko was also very kind, waited for us and showed us our free parking spot just a few minutes walk away.

Location is really central. There are nice beaches nearby, but the main large beaches are around 15 mins walk (This really goes for the whole downtown).
