The view from the balcony across the sea is exceptional and a great place to witness the sunset. There is no pool in the complex but when the gentle waters of the sea are 200 m away then you don't need one. A pleasant walk to a couple of lovely beach bars or a longer 10 min walk to the harbour of Malinska where there are numerous restaurants to choose. The area also has lots of opportunities for walking particularly along the coastal path. Personal thanks to the team who work there. They are exceptional

Close enough ( about 1 km) to the beach (club) to walk but uphill on the way back so when it is hot car is advisable. Quiet residential area and easy parking at the apartment. Good location to discover the island.
