Situated in Kota Kinabalu and with Filipino Market Sabah reachable within 1.7 km, Ritz Residence, Imago Mall Loft B features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi throughout... We stayed at Ritz Residence for 4 nights and it was our best stay in Malaysia so far. From the beginning the communication was excellent and we got provided with useful details as to what address exactly to type in the Grab app and how go get in the building. The room is beautiful and modern and it was spotlessly cleaned and smelled really nice. The whole stay was a joy, they kelt checking on us making sure we were happy with everything. There are two pools and a gym also and a bit if a playground for kids. We swam there every day and exercised a little. Thank you for everything to all the Ritz Residence staff and hopefully see you again in the future.

Erinomainen sijainti, ihan paikallisen torin ja joenvarren vieressä. Aamiainen oli todella hyvä ja henkilökunta joustavaa ja ystävällistä. Hyvä sänky ja kiva näkymä kaupungin ylle. Toisen kerroksen kattoterassi oli kiva paikka syödä illallista ja kuunnella rukouksia, jotka kaikuivat eri suunnista.

Truly felt like a home away from home. Has all the amenities you need and a gorgeous view. A water filter for drinking water. Good hot showers, comfy beds and living area. Well placed power sockets and even a wireless charging dock. We enjoyed it so much despite it being towards the end of the city area. This meant a peaceful stay with a mall next door and laundry and convenience stores on the ground floor of the apartment building. For everywhere else, just GRAB. So worth it.
