The staff from the reception to housekeeping to restaurant to security are really nice and helpful! Everyone working there is the hotel’s best asset. They are all very kind and polite and are genuinely and sincerely helpful. I’d like to mention the servers and the manager in the restaurant who have been very attentive to the guests all the time. I wish I can name them all but I hope that all of them are recognized and awarded for the great service they are providing to the guest. If there is one reason I would stay in this hotel again, it will be the staff! Keep up the good work! Stay safe and I hope to see you all again when we visit Jakarta!

Overall, my family enjoyed our stay, location was great as is just a short walk to Malioboro street. Breakfast was great too as there is a great spread of local and international dishes. Room wise was big and clean and the water pressure was great. Overall, my family would stay again when we visit Yogyakarta.

A true indonesian luxury holiday experience.
