We arrived on a wednesday night and the resort was relatively quiet but it started to fill up with more guests towards the weekend. It is very tranquil and beautifully designed. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL. They very so nice and anticipating and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. They especially went above and beyond for our two daughters. Fresh fruit, milk shakes and always smiles and waves.

I rescheduled my booking last minute because of some medical emergency and they confirmed without hesitation. The process only took several minutes. Once we're finally there, we were amazed by the beauty of the hotel. And even more by the friendliness of the staffs.
