Located in Castlerea and only 20 km from Roscommon Racecourse, Lisalway Country Lodge B&B provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The bedroom carpet was so soft. The proprietors were super helpful—carrying our luggage up and down the steps, without asking giving me a soothing hot drink with lemon and honey for my cold. The breakfast area was so welcoming and everything was comfortable—the bed and the dining room seats.

Located in Termonbarry, 13 km from Clonalis House, Keenans Boutique Hotel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. Wonderfully cosy and comfortable boutique accommodation with internal access to lovely little pub for drinks and great food. Breakfast also great. Enjoyed walking by adjacent the river/canal at dusk.

The Residence at Lough Key - Luxury by the Water is a recently renovated villa in Knockvicar Bridge, where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. The property was immaculately clean and tidy, and many little extras were provided, including fresh milk and bread, as well as lots of books about the history of the surrounding area. The furniture was lovely and very comfortable, the sofa was huge, and the entire property had a quaint yet modern feel to it. Everything was beautifully considered and provided.

Boasting mountain views, Dillon School House - Luxury in the countryside features accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 8.3 km from Clonalis House. The house is amazing. Probably best one we have rented out of 40 houses over the last 20 years in various countries. Well equipped. Hosts could not have been nicer or more helpful. The local village is fine and has everything you need. No reason to leave the house though. We were three generations staying in the house and everyone was happy (amazing!).

Offering a garden and river view, Lough Key Luxury Riverfront Apartment is situated in Cootehall, 12 km from Sliabh an Iarainn Visitor Centre and 17 km from Ballinfad Castle. Amazing view. Lots of activity to watch on the water. Spacious. Well equipped. Fiona, our host, was very attentive.
