O Hotel Flora fica a poucos passos da área comercial da Piazzetta, no centro de Capri. Dispõe de uma piscina com vista panorâmica e acesso gratuito à internet sem fio (Wi-Fi). We had a room just above the pool, which had a lovely view and a nice balcony. We were greeted with complimentary drinks and snacks since our baggage hadn't arrived from the Ferry Port yet. Staff were extremely lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was PERFECT! So much variety - fresh fruits, juices, eggs, bacon, deli meats, cheeses. We are still thinking about the breakfast. Coffee is included even though they ask you for your room #. We wish we knew this, as we thought we were being billed for coffee. Location was GREAT - away from the main ferry port, but very close to the Natural Arch to walk/hike and explore, and be away from tourist/crowds.

Situado em meio a jardins floridos e limoeiros tranquilos, o Pazziella, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Capri fica a apenas 100 metros da Piazzetta, em Capri. Stunning Hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff with excellent communication. Beautiful pool area surrounded by lovely gardens and mature trees. On arrival we were welcomed by Federica who checked us in and provided a lovely cold drink - this was very much appreciated as it was a hot day! We were upgraded to a larger room with a separate bedroom and lounge area - a lovely surprise! The accommodation was absolutely gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious - eggs made to order as well as pancakes and various other hot options. The buffet offered yoghurt, cereal, cold meats, fruit juice cakes and fresh fruit. Coffee made to order. A lovely way to start the day. Staff provide funicular tickets and organise the luggage porter service if required. Federica was amazing - offering her assistance and providing information on the ferry as we we were unsure if the ferries would be cancelled due to the weather. This was very reassuring and made for a relaxing stay on Capri. Thank you so much Federica. Everything was amazing - a lovely tranquil oasis on Capri!
