A perfect place to stay in Portovenere! We loved it! Giovanni was super helpful with parking, finding great places to have dinner and everything else we needed.

We had a perfect staing here .The apartment is very spacious , clean and luxurious. It has air conditioning in each room and is near to railway station and bus station. Fully recommend !

We had a great stay at the Villa a Rocchetta Luxury Guesthouse. The room had a spectacular view of Monterosso and the sea. The part of the house we stayed at had a spacious bathroom, and couple of nice balconies. Service and availability from Karolina was outstanding! Highly recommended.

Dandy House is a very spacious one bed apartment. Excellent design, ambience and high quality finish. We especially like the wood flooring; warmer and more inviting than tiled floors. The bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of storage. The apartment is only 15 minutes walk to La Spezia Centrale train station and only 2 minutes walk to the local supermarket and it is situated within the beautiful old town. La Spezia is steeped in history, has a beautiful harbour and yacht club, numerous individual shops, cafes and eateries. It’s safe and pleasant to walk around and is surrounded by distant hills. Super location to visit Cinque Terre, other coastal towns and Pisa. Communication with Mattia is easy. He’s helpful and considerate. We would definitely stay again.

The location is great—it is only a 7 - 8 minute walk from the train station. There is a grocery store next door, and tons of good restaurants are within walking distance. Elvira & Alain, the hosts, are very warm. They greeted us on the first day and handed over the keys. They gave us a brief introduction on cinque terra and provided us a list of good restaurants to pick. This information is very valuable. The apartment is clean and neat. The furniture is quite new. There are even two universal plugs at the bedside, which is pretty convenient. The stay has been great overall.

Luxurious, sparkling clean, spacious apartment with a view of the colourful town and the ocean . Quiet yet central location. Breakfasts, included at the next door hotel, were delicious. The spa was amazing ! Our Host Ilenia was super helpful and showed us how everything worked and provided all the information we needed for accessing walks and trains and boats to enjoy this beautiful place - including a taxi from the train. Better than any 5 star hotel !!

We loved the rustic feel of the interior, the convenient location, the roof terrace and the air conditioning which is on all three floors and keeps the whole apartment cool. Andrea the host was very accommodating, even when our transportation options failed us and we arrived late.
