Cristian and Carmen were the best hosts we have ever had. Cristian took time out of his busy day to pick us up from the airport and provide us the room at an earlier time. Carmen made sure the room was clean for us, and had everything ready for us at an early check in. This property had everything you needed, and for us, was far enough from the city centre where you could relax and get away from the noisy nightlife. The details of the room were impeccable. From branded towels to a personalized message on the TV and note - it truly made you feel luxurious, yet homely. If we could provide more stars for this experience, we would. We had a wonderful stay here. Nuova is situated in a great location just a few minutes walk from the heart of Olbia and within easy access to public transportation- even so it is a quiet location. The rooms are modern, bright, airy and extremely clean. The swimming pool is pristine. The whole complex is very well maintained and looked after. The host, Andrea, was most helpful and made some great recommendations in relation to sights and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!!
