Het Youme Design Place Hotel is een 4-sterrenhotel in het centrum van Triëst, vlak bij de zee en het centraal station. Very nice small hotel in a great location, right next to the port and canal. The room was clean spacious (larger than what I expected from the photo), with a large comfortable bed and an elegant bathroom with shower and bidet. It was very hot during my stay but the AC was powerful and kept the room cool for a pleasant evening’s sleep. Although the location is very central and the street quite busy during the day, it was much quieter in the evening and the windows were soundproof, so all good. The breakfast is served on the ground floor, next to the lobby, it’s a nice bright space with modern design furniture and preserved elements from the old building, such as the stone arches, which I appreciated, being an architect myself. Food selection was good, especially for the sweet things, but they can also make eggs to your preference et cetera. The ladies who worked in the breakfast room were very nice and attentive. Both receptionists were courteous and helpful too, providing restaurant suggestions and printing out some documents for me. Upon departure, they gifted me some pasta made by the family company that also owns the hotel (Borin), which was a lovely gesture.

The apartment is excellently located, and in terms of facilities, everything is exactly as shown in the photographs. We especially liked the view from the terrace.

Francesca was super helpful and flexible with the check in. She even prepared some ice cream for us in the freezer. The apartment itself is really unique and stylish, accessibility is easy even for those who arrive on a wheelchair. Street parking was always available during our stay. The city center is close by walking and several restaurant/ grocery options are available nearby.

A very nice hotel, great breakfast, also dinner possibilities and the best I really recommend to take a massage in the spa!

The owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, with a central location that makes it easy to travel around and explore the city. It’s on the 4th floor of a historical building with an elevator, full of natural light. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including two TVs with access to Netflix and Prime, plus mood lighting in the bathroom. Overall, it’s a perfect place for a city break. We will definitely be coming back — highly recommended!

Jonathan Suite Luxury Apartment per 10 ligt in het hart van Triëst, en heeft uitzicht op de stad vanaf het balkon. A nicely refurbished apartment in the city centre, close to monuments, pedestrian zones and sights. We enjoyed the space and modern furniture. Soundproof windows isolated the traffic noise effectively from the busy streets. Kitchen is well-equipped. Air condition is effective (3 out of the 4 bedrooms and the living room have separate AC units). Entry is via a keypad-controlled lock (we had an issue with opening the door, but it was resolved by Beatrice, our contact, on the phone). Parking is challenging especially when you have a roof box. We were given tips for garages by the agency, but I managed to find a place nearby on via Scipio Slataper ( I needed a ground space because of the roof box. In the city centre, your best bet is a garage, if you don't have a roof box, but be prepared that in some garage you need to leave the key with the attendant.). Internet is broadband (optical wire) and Wifi is fast in the living room, however signal is weak in remote rooms. The apartment owner may consider adding a wifi repeater ( range extender) in the hallway to improve wireless coverage. Overall a nice and cozy place for our group, kind and responsive contact from the agency.
