I had a nice view of the city from my balcony. The breakfast was also good. All the staff are friendly and kind. The highlight was the spa, I booked a massage from Abdurrahman who was very skilled. Another time I used the spa facilities only and Hussam was very attentive and dedicated to making sure you are relaxed.

Although I booked a room just for myself I sure felt like I wasn’t alone at all - the staff is very embracing and sweet. They’re always walking around with a smile on their faces, very kind indeed. The Room was top notch - the design, the lighting, the facilities. It was very clean as well. The pool was really nice, especially the “Ladies-only” Saturdays - such great vibes! The Room service was perfect, the food was delicious! Well done, Chef! And last but not least - the registration staff - So kind, generous and sweet. Very professional and yet so friendly and kind. I would definitely come back in my next stay in Amman. Thank you!
