The toilet is something from another level, I have never seen something like that. Also, the room is modern and we had a fabulous high floor view over the city. The location is fantastic. Close to many attractions, walking distance, gardens and restaurants. Special thanks to Yoriko from the front desk. She is the kind of person you want to have attending you. Amazing attitude, attention to detail and helpful. One of the best people, if not the best that I met in the service industry. Also the pool and spa area are amazing. You have to try them!

Excellent mid-price hotel, in a perfect location for the centre of Hiroshima, the hotel itself is fairly new, modern a nd very clean. The staff were very helpful, it is a 15-minute walk to the Peace Museum and A bomb dome. It is also a short taxi ride from Hiroshima station, and close by are tram stops if you are planning to catch the ferry to Mijiyama.

Our stay exceeded our expectations, which were already high based on photos and reviews of the hotel. The staff gave us a wonderful welcome and provided all useful information we could need (in English) and were so helpful in arranging transfers to and from the ferry port. The facility is gorgeous and it is clear that a lot of thought went into the details, from the amenities to the decor and also in the guest experience. The onsens were also beautifully done and very relaxing. The food was excellent and most of it locally sourced. The Japanese breakfast was exceptional and we also had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. Lastly, the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a very lovely stay and would stay again!
