It is located just outside of Yokohama Station, and is surrounded by hundreds of amazing restaurants, large malls, grocery and drugstores. The hotel itself is very new, modern, and clean. There is a gym, self service luggage room, and self check-in/out. We stayed in the residential double room, and it was the perfect choice for longer stays as there is a well-equipped kitchenette (utensils, pots/pans, stovetop, rice cooker, fridge/freezer, etc) and laundry wash/dryer with detergent in the room. The rooms are beautifully designed with calming light wood tones, with high end furnishings including a Toto Neorest toilet! There was ample closet and storage space, as well as space to relax and place out luggage. This may be one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in, and we have been to 20+ hotels in Japan. Cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping the rooms spotless and tidy, and reception staff were efficient and polite. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in Yokohama! The hotel is new and absolutely stunning. Its great to see a Hilton with a japanese style. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are coming for a concert as it is right by the k-arena. The room service was delicious.

First time staying in this hotel and the location is amazing. Hotel has a lift with street access into the heart of Shibuya. Staff were very kind and very very helpful. Layout of hotel is amazing and is fun to watch Shibuya at night.

Close to the waterfront/cruise terminal and transport options are just outside the door. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, The guest lounge is a bonus, great for relaxing with friends, having tea or coffee or heating up a meal. Rooms are spacious with plenty of space for luggage, very handy for cruisers.

Cleanness. Room facilities, including a coffee machine in the room (usually there is only a kettle in Japanese hotels). Modern design and good condition of the furniture. Silence. I felt like I was alone on the entire floor. My room was at the end of the hall and I didn't hear any noise around my room. Breakfasts are served in a nice spacious dining room. There is a choice of Japanese and European food.

Very well located. Very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the room had everything you needed. Very nice staff people, whether it's the reception, persons in charge of cleaning or pool lifeguard, they are all smiley and patient. The view is amazing and the pool is heated with great facilities.
