The location very central but in a quiet and relaxing place. The bedroom very clean, big and well equipped. Great toiletry products, nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. Amazing breakfasts.

Located in Phnom Penh, 1.7 km from Vattanac Capital, Luxcity Hotel & Apartment provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness centre, and a bar. Breakfast was ok. Little bit better bread and more options than ham and cheese would be great. The staff overall was very professional and helpful. Bed is very nice and the shower have good pressure and very hot water. I booked 5 days for start, then rebooked 22 days more.

This is my go to place when traveling to Phnom Penh. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, having a ceiling fan in addition to A/C is a huge bonus, and it's right in the heart of the city to get to things by foot but it still feels like a quiet oasis. The staff is also incredibly welcoming and friendly.

From the moment I arrived at Palace Gate I felt so welcomed and valued. The welcome drink and cold towel was very much appreciated, and the check in process was very smooth. The whole feel of the hotel was calm and serene, little a lovely little oasis in the middle of a bustling city. The room I had was beautiful, clean, spacious and with a wonderful view of the river. Despite being in a busy area, the room was quiet and I couldnt hear traffic or outside noise at all. Slept really well on a very comfortable bed. The pool was fantastic, swam every day, with some delicious cocktails poolside in the evening. Pool snacks were very tasty too! I dodnt get the chance to eat at the restaurant while I was staying but the food there looked amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive - special thanks to Sokkeang who gave me some great advice for my stay. Would definitely go back :)

Location first and foremost, 15min easy walk to promenade, palace & independence monument. Staff were super nice and helpful. Food was great, bfast could have more options :) but still decent. I particularly loved the city view from the restaurant! The hotel has their own tuk tuk drivers and i was hooked up with Mr Somol, great man, very patient, you make your plan, he takes you no questions asked, he waits for you at every stop too. The coffee shop just next to the hotel makes the best coffee, tea, smoothies and frappes.. highly recomended!

I really enjoyed my stay at Bassac Signature Hotel & Residence. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was great and convenient, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious at the morning.
