Well situated in the centre of Phnom Penh, The Scenic Hotel offers free WiFi throughout the property, an outdoor swimming pool and free private parking for guests who drive. Everything was perfect. We had two rooms and we are really satisfied. Really good value for money. Staff is very friendly. We were there for 3 nights. The swimming pool area was so nice. We sat there both days for some hours to relax. There is a refrigerator in the room where you can have some softdrinks/beer and enjoy at the pool area on the top of the building. Great view. Hotel is situated perfect in the city. You can walk or have a tuk tuk.There is not a restaurant in the hotel, we had breakfast and dinner at different restaurants. Phnom Penh is a fabulous city, nice people and food. I would be more than happy to recommend The Scenic Hotel.

Located in Phnom Penh, 1.5 km from Wat Phnom, Smile Boutique Hotel by EHM provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Tucked away on the side street so it is quite even though my room was on the first floor. The room was well appointed and spacious. The bed and pillows had the right firmness. The staff were very helpful and even walked me to the adjacent bus terminal and assisted me with my onward travel. The security guard was also helpful in ensuring I got on the correct tuk tuk. I have already booked another stay with them on my return leg back to Phnom Penh.
