I didn’t expect much, but the apartment truly amazed me. I read all the reviews before booking, and I can confirm that the owner really reads every comment and works hard to improve things. It was a fantastic stay – clean, quiet, with a beautiful view from the top (4th) floor. The host, Mr. Namal, was kind and attentive, always checking if we needed anything. The apartment had everything: kitchen tools, tea, sugar, salt, towels, and bathroom essentials. The weather in Nuwara Eliya is cold, so bring warm clothes – but if you don’t, the host can provide heaters at a very affordable price. Huge thanks to Mr. Namal and the friendly, helpful staff. If we return to Nuwara Eliya, we won’t stay anywhere else!

We had an exceptional experience at W15, Lake Gregory. The stay itself was phenomenal—everything from the atmosphere to the attention to detail made us feel truly welcome and relaxed. What stood out most was the service. Raj, Krishan, and Lakisanda were absolutely fantastic. They didn’t just do their jobs well—they went out of their way to make sure we felt cared for at every step. It’s rare to see that level of thoughtfulness and consistency in hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would love to return. This trip set a new bar for what great service looks like. Thank you to the entire team for making it so memorable.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful, and what truly made it special was the incredible staff. They went above and beyond to take such great care of us. The cook was fantastic, preparing incredible meals that we’ll never forget. The staff also helped us organize drivers and day trips, making our experience seamless and enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, with immaculate rooms and facilities. The scenery and views were breathtaking, offering the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and memorable stay. This part of Sri Lanka is truly a must-see, and staying at this hotel made our visit even more remarkable. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.

Stort rom, stor seng, stort nok bad, NYDELIG utsikt fra både rommet og ellers, topp service, veldig god mat (middag og frokost), superhyggelig personale. Anbefales!

The Argyle Luxury Boutique har et treningsstudio, en hage og en solterrasse med basseng, i Hatton. Her serveres bufféfrokost. Overnattingsstedet har en bar og ligger 37 kilometer fra Gregory-sjøen. This was an amazing experience. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, we felt at home immediately. Upon arrival we got a free upgrade to an amazing room and complementary dinners for the duration of our stay. The complex looked brand new and was well kept with great facilities and a lot of things to do. Breakfast, dinner and drinks were top notch and served with a smile. The SPA treatment was a joy and helped us feel reborn. This is by far the best experience I have ever had. If you are in Sri Lanka, make sure you stop by Argyle!
