The staff were so accommodating and the rooms were beautifully furnished. The manager welcomed us with her staff bringing in a bowl with fruits. Nothing was a bother. Reception staff were fab and so were the butler and housekeeping. Would love to come back!

The pool and common areas were well maintained and offered a pleasant place to relax. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Bai Hotel Cebu on nykyaikainen kaupunkimajoituspaikka, josta avautuu näköala Cebun kaupunkiin. SM Cebu City on 2,5 km:n päässä, ja Ayala Center Cebulle on 3,6 km:n matka. We got an upgrade, the room was fantastic, bed was very confortable, peole were very friendly and helpful.

Coconut and banana trees grow abundantly, giving it a full tropical atmosphere. The restaurant food is also delicious. During our stay, there was a barbecue party where we were entertained by professional singing and fire dancing, as well as performances by the staff. The free shuttle service between the hotel and port was also great.

The STAFF was actually the heart of that property. They are very welcoming and smiling every single time you meet them. Especially the ones in the breakfast buffet and the sky pool bar. LOCATION of the property was also super perfect, away from the crowd but still close enough to all the bars and restaurants along Alona beach.
