Staying at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I am most impressed with the staff. During our stay we decided to leave the city and spend a couple of days on the beach. The lady at the reception, Sara Fundo, made numerous phone calls (on a Sunday!) and organized a swap between Pestana Hotel in Lisbon with Pestana in Alvor for a couple of nights, without us paying a cent. Overall, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. As I already mentioned, the staff is exceptional. The location is great, right in the center of the city and close to numerous landmarks.

Viesnīca atrodas ļoti labā, klusā rajonā. Ļota ērta nokļūšana no lidostas. Metro stacija pretī viesnīcai. No tās pārejot uz zilo līniju ērti var nokļūt centrā. Apmēram stundas laikā var arī aiziet kājām, ko arī dažkārt darījām. Man patika ka viesnīca ir prom no tūristu pūļiem. Viesnīcas numuriņš tīrs, kārtīgs, ar ērtu plānojumu. Uzkopšana bija katru dienu. Laba klimata kontrole, jo kondicionieri vispār neieslēdzām. Gulta un spilveni ērti. Brokastīs nav ļoti liela izvēle, bet paēst varēja ļoti labi .un brokastu galds tika operatīvi papildināts. Turklāt personāls bija ļoti uzmanīgs, izpalīdzīgs. Ļoti iepriecināja katru rītu svaigi augļi. Es noteikti izvēlētos nākamā braucienā uz Lisabonu šo pašu viesnīcu.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Lisbon, Martinhal Lisbon Oriente is an apartment surrounded by views of the city. Perfect location. Near downtown and no noise. Checkin was very good and I was guided to all the features in the room. Fitness room was good quality and breakfast was great

The hotel is just excellent! I liked it! Great room, cleaning every day, very nice staff - always very helpful and with smiles. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. No second option for me - when I visit Lisbon again, I will be a Luster guest again.

We arrived tired. Lisbon was loud outside. At the door we met Adélia. That changed everything. She has proper manners — the old kind — and she actually looks at you when you speak. She listens. She pays attention. No rush, no fake smiles. Just professionalism done right. She is a real asset to the hotel, and honestly, she set the tone for the whole stay. Because of her, everything felt easier. The hotel itself is stylish, clean, well put together. Rooms are comfortable, modern, and quiet enough to rest after walking the city all day. Nothing excessive, nothing missing. Breakfast was very good. Fresh, well organized, and calm. It did what breakfast should do — started the day properly. Location works. Central, easy to move around, close to where you want to be without feeling trapped in noise. But what stays with you is people. And Adélia made the stay memorable. That kind of professionalism is rare.
