Pet friendly (they gave us bowls and a blanket to keep) and super helpful and kind staff. Location is in the centre which makes everything easy to reach by foot. All facilities clean. The pool is small but warm and when we went, we were all alone. The hammam and sauna are great too and very enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional - huge variety even for vegans. The champagne and treats on arrival are also a nice touch!

Location was perfect, just a short walk from the Bolhão and Avenida dos Aliados. The breakfast was great with a lot of options. Vegetarian was also an options. We couldn't ask for more. Very clean. Parking was great also (on request).

The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful design details that make the stay feel special. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always happy to help with recommendations and making sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere is calm and elegant, ideal for relaxing after exploring the city, and many rooms offer lovely views over Porto. Breakfast was fresh and high quality, with a good variety of options and their service is the best.

Beautiful facilities. Indoor pool and spa. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet is incredible. Nice lounge area downstairs for drinks and relaxing.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Even provided euro adapters for our Canadian electronics. The staff was very eager to help and make our stay very comfortable.

Luxury hotel with a cozy spa, friendly staff and great location. Room was in compliance with 5 star hotel status and the icing on the cake was crystal walls shower in the middle of the room P.s. parking with car elevator also impressed.
